Help..sleep aid..

I was wondering if anyone knows if it would be ok and not harmful to the sleeve and healing process to crush up a tylenol pm..or simply sleep in some liquid for sleep. I just had the sleeve a week ago but am having trouble sleeping I know I need to rest more but can't seem to fall asleep at night . I know I need more sleep for the healing process..Please, if you are knowledgable respond. Thanxs..

Give a quick call to your doc. I was able to take meds without restriction post op, but your doc may have different recommendations.

I ended having to go on Ambien to get good sleep. I didn't use the control released version, and had zero negative side effects with usage. I only used it every other, every 2-3 nights sometimes. But, when I did use it, those nights were the best nights of sleep I ever had in my life.
