My knees are killing me, my back is killing me and I am so tired. Any other time I would be running to get my diet pills or trying the next new diet by now, but I need to keep this weight on for my first dr's appt. (Dec. 26th) I'm supposed to bring my medical records for the past year to submit to insurance, so I assume my height and weight recorded on that day will also be submitted. As soon as that's over I have to get this weight off 'cause I feel like crap!:phanvan

Girl you sound like me!! That's why didn't try to diet before I went to my appointments! I just found out that I'm approved today, so it's on now! I started my diet last Saturday so far I'm doing good...but I gotta keep it up. Hang in there!

Congratulations! I just read your post that you've been approved. That is so great! I was planning on dieting as soon as my appointment was over. Now I am wondering if I should wait 'til after I am approved.
