End of day one and....... Yeah, I'm hungry. :wacko: I don't expect this to be easy. And the weird part - or maybe not - is that I wasn't all that starving during the day but as soon as I got home, I ate a chicken breast for dinner and a protein shake blended with skim milk and strawberries a little later. Perhaps this is the "head hunger" all of the other bandsters are talking about. I will need to be aware of this so I don't fall victim to it's wiles. In other news, I'm going to be taking my "Before" pictures and measurements tonight. Oh and I have a headache too - stupid food cravings. :angry:

My first day was hard. My liquid diet is 1 Premire Protein for breakfast and 1 for lunch. Dinner I can have soup. Lots and Lots of water in between. This was very hard for me because I was used to just eating anything and everything. My 2nd day was better not by much but I know as the days pass it will be better. Today is my day 3 and I'm feeling great! Jumped on the scale this morning and lost 4 lbs. I know its only 4 lbs but I'm headed in the right directions. Keep Strong and best of luck to you!!!

Lady Sith,

I'm glad to hear that this gets easier, even if it is minutely. I had another protein shake this morning. My menu for the day will be two greek yogurts and a salad from Wendy's with a grilled chicken breast - no dressing. I know this isn't the best, most clean lunch but a girls gotta eat and I didn't have time to prep anything last night. Shame on me. I need to become better at dedicating time to planning and making my meals.
