I'm Done Complaining! I've Lost 10 Lbs Since Sunday!

So I complained a bit about the shoulder pain (caused by the gas they put in me) but overall I got on the scale today and I've lost 10lbs! I'm on the liquid diet and only did liquid diet one day before the surgery that was on Monday. I didnt do anything but the liquid diet to get to where I am today.... I cant wait to work out to give this thing an extra boost, as soon as I'm cleared, I'm going full force! Can't wait to see where I am a month from now =)

great attitude I am so happy that you ar getting results I am very impatent to get started but I have to wait( for insurance to say yay or nay) but as I look at diffrent profile my wait seems like it will be shorter than the average so that makes me stop complaining. In my minds eye I see the thin person I can be and I am ready to fire up the engines...I am hoping to be where you are by August wish me luck

All you need is the positive attitude and the want for it! You will be just fine =) I am still dealing with discomfort, but its part of the package. I'm just super happy that I've lost already, didn't quite expect it... doesnt look like it to me, but the scale says so! I've been in sweats and tshirts comfortable at home so I can't wait to actually go somewhere once I'm feeling up to it to see if there is a difference in my clothing.... Good luck to you!!!
