So here it is day three of my liquid diet and I am a little crabby to say the least. I have been under some real stress with school and finals that started today and having a paper due for each of the finals. I have 3 more finals which are on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. So I have tried to get the papers out of the way so that I could study for finals but all I can think about is food. I do get a soup in the evening or at least once a day and I can chose which meal I would like it in. I have been choosing dinner so that I can eat with my family but it is still hard when people are offering food all the time. Today at work there was chips and salsa which I love. I did do good and turned it down but man it was hard and it smelled so good.

Hang in there Sabrina!!! I'm on day 5 and I'm ALOT crabby to say the least lol..I miss not being able to chew something..i'm not allowed soup only protein shakes and liquids..I work in a drs office and every day they bring in catered food I just go to my car with my shake lol..this has to be the worst part of it..getting banded monday and so cannot wait..good luck!!

I was on a liquie diet two weeks before my surgery and let me tell you that was tuff. I was true to it though, but I believe I went through withdrawls. After I had my surgery it was a lot better. Just hang in there and it will get better. Its all in the brain.

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
