OK, so 2 days of liquids and I am STARVING! I warned my office mates to be careful about getting their arms too close to my face. It would be hard for them to get their work done, if I happened to eat one.

 

In the meantime, I am getting banded on 3/27. I have 4.8 more lbs to loose prior to the surgery. I do my final weigh in on Friday. I have scheduled a hair appt for the 26th too. Getting it all chopped off to start my journey with a new fabulous hair do. YAY! I thought it would be good to blog my journey. I read somewhere that people who keep a journal about their journey are more successfull with their weightloss. I think a blog is awesome, especially if any one reads it. That way I have a little more accountability. Obviously, loosing weight is hard work and I'll use anything I can to make it a little easier.

congrats on having a surgery date. stay strong the pre-op diet is the worst part. it will get easier. i blog here and i started a video blog the day of my surgery, but havent figured out how to upload it to you tube. lol

Hello! My surgery day is the 27th too! I have been on the pre op diet for 7 days now. It is difficult and I have had a slip up! Just one and no more! We are almost to sugery day. YAY!!

Hello, I am having surgery on the 28th. I am on the pre-op diet and it is kicking my you know what. One minute I am all for it , the next minute I am thinking about quitting. I can't wait till I can talk to the Dr. again.

Can you beleive it is sooooo close now. I feel like forever it was just talk and Dr. Visits and now it is 3 days away. Cheers to us and good luck to all on our journey!

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
