i want to see checkbones!!

With this change of FOOD intake I now have something that looks like checkbones!! I'm so amazed!!

I'm to scared to get on a scale..

 

confession time:kiss

I ate 4 croissants with jelly at 11:30pm *bad bad bad bad girl*:huytsao

breakfast this morning

oatmeal, water, banana nut bread (yuck) strawberries with slpenda!!:clap2:

 

lunch

 

half of double cheese burger cup of fries with green tea for my drink * I stopped eating when i felt like i had enough*

 

 

2 bottles of water and 1 green tea citrus by Lipton 80 cal

 

 

dinner

hot & sour soup with orange chicken???? (hope its not cat):o

Girl, you will be fine. And I can't wait to see those cheekbones! That is awesome. I'm getting ready to go get on the scale now, just to see. You never know. Anyway, don't worry about the pre op diet, it'll be fine. It's hard, but you have a goal that you have to work for, so that is great!

Girl it was cat....yummmy!!!!

Keep it going, is that lipton diet. Hey try the Wal mart brand to go sticks. The raspberry ice is lovely. You pour one in a bottle of water and only 20 calories. I like to put it in the blender with ice and water and make a slushy.
