So Im going to tell you my pleasure of what makes me feel really good i like to sit in the shower sometimes hot sometimes cool and i like to think of the future of how i want my new style to be when im thin how i want my makeup should i save for a boob lift or buy the things i always wanted at the mall or just walking thru the mall without feeling out of place going to a spa gym etc and feeling good craving that cool feeling at the beach having romance feeling cute and fun having energy looking good naked waking up rubbing a flat stomach feeling that fresh breeze after sweating at the gym those are outta thousands of stuff i wanna experience<3

Yeah, i'm anxious to get my goal. I already know how i want to look as far as my makeup, jewelry, clothes, shoes etc. I own two pairs of Louboutin shoes that I refuse ot wear now because i'm too heavy for them. So my first goal is walk in those shoes comfortably. My goal is a size 8. I really want this badly. I'm giving myself until december 2012 to get there.

Brie, I was 299 pounds when I started my journey. That was July 26, 2011. My surgery was Aug 29, 2011, and yesterday I was 223,76 pounds down. I am shooting for another 65.

I can so relate to the things you want to do because I could not do anything. I had to wear FAT clothes, really FAT clothes, I could bearly walk up the stairs at my house, and forget getting up off the couch without help. My life was going downhill fast.

Just keep focused, and before you know it, you will soon start seeing your dreams come true.

My dream, is losing the next 65 pounds and then getting a tummy tuck - by November 1, 2012.

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
