Well I learned that my body does not tolerate anesthia very well.. I woke up in intense pain and got morphine which helped.. Got moved to my room, walked from the stretcher to my bed and within and hour I was dry heaving and in intense pain I cudnt help but cry.. The dry heaving and pain went on pretty routinely so bout every 3-6 hours I was dry heaving... I was Gettin up and walking around inbetween and felt fine but once those episodes kicked in it was all over n it felt like such a set back.. Well I was wide awake all night got about and hour sleep at 1am., then the nasuea and dry heaving hit me at 2 I got morphine and that knocked me out good.. Woke up in minimal pain, no nasuea since...... Got discharged home and so far the pain isint that bad just a bit discomforting. I have been up walking round my house frequently and my shoulders are starting to hurt so hopefully the gas will be gone soon!!! My dr. Said I was doing great and to just rember to walk and drink plently of water..

Well, that's how things are right now, insicions are starting to tingle a bit and it feels kinda weird.

For my first big surgery ever I think im doing pretty good.

the dry heaving wasnt even that bad it was the pain caused from it since they r abdominal incisions. I used a pillow to support my stomach every time i coughed, sneezed, or got sick. Im hoping to take a shower tomorrow since my dr said it was okay and hopefully loosen up my muscles a bit, i would loveeeee to sit in a hot bath to relax but that cant happen.

oh no! were you scheduled to stay in the hospital or did they decide to keep you b/c of your reaction? I guess i was lucky in that I was discharged about an hour afte waking up. I too am trying to walk around (need to drink more wate) but I'm also experiencing the shoulder pain. Thats so weird to me! Hope you're feeling better!

I was scheduled to stay in overnight.. I am fine now, no nausea, minimal pain. Moving round still a little slow specially after i just wake up or have been sitting for a while i feel like an "old lady" cause i walk all hunched over. But other that the first day I have had no problems, my incisions look great, like i said minimal pain due to the gas and occasionally when i move cough, hiccup, or sneeze. My throat does still hurt a bit from the breathing tube they put in me durin surgery but that will hopefully go away in a few day

    • I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.
    • I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️

Perish Regeln der Spielautomaten sind sehr einfach, und der niedrige Mindesteinsatz macht sie auch fur decease armsten Spieler zuganglich.
