How long or how many fills has it taken you?

Went for my first fill this week all went well but I feel the same?? I have 3CC's in my band they said they left 2 CC's in at surgery and put 1 in on Thursday, I am wondering how much needs to be in there till I feel that restriction?? People say this is Bandster Hell time but how long does it take....I lost 6lbs in 2 weeks so the Dr said um maybe you dont need a fill but I said its been alot of will power and long work outs I can definitly still eat!!! Thanks for the help from everyone!

i still am trying to get to my green zone after 4 fills and 2 unfills. i do know that it is different for everyone. at 7.5 cc's i was good, then i needed a fill 9cc's and 8cc where too tight, so he took me back down to 6cc's, which is not enough. this part of the band is very frustrating, i've heard it takes some people 5-6 fills to hit the green zone, so i'm praying my next one does it for me.
jennifer
LAP-BAND Patients

Hello Wear your Passion,

I am so glad I saw your post. I was banded October 12, 2011 and my first fill is December 12, 2011. I thought I was the only one that the doctor had wait so long for the first fill. (8 weeks) I cant wait.

How do you feel now that you have had your fill. Do you have any "day of fill" advice?

Is this normal to have the first fill so long out? It seems like everyone has had the first fill much sooner.
