EXERCISE....???? NEED HELP ....ANY IDEAS?

hELLO, EVERYONE.

 

EXERCISE? WE ALL HAVE TO DO IT. WALKING ...GOT IT. BUT NEED TO DO OTHER FORMS OF EXERCISE SUCH AS CARDIO AND STRENGTH TRAINING. NOT MUCH MOTIVATION THOUGH. I HAVE ARTHRITIS IN MY KNEES AND LATELY I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING WITH BACK PAIN, NOT TO MENTION THIS RECURRING PAIN IN THE LOWER LEFT QUADRANT OF MY ABDOMEN.

 

ANY SUGGESTIONS??

I understand a lack of motivation to exercise. Maybe swimming would be a good option for you since it's easier on the joints. Just make sure it's more like lap swimming and not leisure swimming. For resistance training, maybe get a set of resistance bands to start with and do them at home while watching your favorite show or something. I bet as you exercise more and lose more weight that it will get easier to do more activity.
