I had my surgery weighing in at 286 pounds. I was a size 4X. Two years later I am a size 10 or 12 and I weigh about 139 pounds. I feel great.

Good for you! Its crazy how different our bodies are. Im 50 lbs heavier than you and Im a size 10 also. Weird

Me too I'm about 170 and can squeeze into a 12. So how did you achieve and maintaine your weight loss? I'm down 53 pounds in about six months. Need to exercise more but I work eat and sleep. Work doesn't even give me time to eat a lunch most days. I just take a protien bar along to eat when I get a minute.
