Slowly going down......

I was so sad the last post...and frustrated. Since I am not a person who normally gets down, I try to LIFT myself back up :-) i am almost down the weight I gained on vacation. The scale is slowly dropping again. And, that is positive. Hope everything else is going great for other in band land!

It's okay to know that your weight goes up and down throughout this process. There are several different factors that will cause your weight to vary from time to time. Continue to stay focused and be consistant with your workouts. I think the most important thing while losing weight is to build muscles. Keep fighting for your long term goal and don't be so hard on yourself when the scale stop moving down.

Keep up the good work and stay positive. I myself has gained back 10 lbs. and am now cutting out ice cream and cutting back on cheeses. These 2 foods are my downfall. Going in Aug. and can't wait to get a fill. Don't like the feeling. Just have to stay positive and exercise.
