I have not been the best bandster this week...ugh! I have only excercised a total of 40 minutes and I have not been eating the best. I had cake and icecream last night. I know it wasn't the right choice, but lemme tell ya...it was DELICIOUS!! I'm up 7lbs since last week. I know it's just water retention because I havent been THAT bad!! I'm going to zumba tonight and I'm going to walk around the lake tomorrow and Saturday since we have a break in the heat. I'm getting back on track!!

You better get back on track because you must feel pretty lousy right now. Just a step backward and now time to go forward. I know I am going to have those days because in a week and half I will be going on a month long vacation and kind of worried about my food choices. But I am going to try and be good and how the HECK could you eat cake????? I would think that would get stuck.

<BR><BR><BR>A month long vacation!! WOW! Take me with you!!<BR><BR>I have 6cc's in my band right now and I can pretty much eat anything. I have found since my last fill that bread is a no no for me. The cake didnt get stuck...perhaps it was because it was softened up a bit with the turtle tracks ice cream. I'm back on track as of today!!

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
