Well it is official. I got my surgery date today. I'm excited and a little worried. I hope I can do this. OK. I think I an do this. OK. I know I can do this. OK. I have to do this. Was that a pep talk or what. I get banded August 4th. I start liquid diet on July 30th. I think that will be the hardest part. Im not worried about the actual surgery. Im just ready to get this underway. I am ready for a change in my life.

Congrats on your surgery date! It is very exciting but at the same time very scary. I am going through the same right now. My surgery date is scheduled for July 26 and I start the liquid diet this weekend so that's a little daunting to say the least. Just know that there is so much support out there and you really can do it. Good luck and feel free to contact me if you need to :)

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
