From: Bathroom Problems

I have found that a natural sea salt cleanse does the work within an hour of drinking. You need 32oz of lukewarm water and 1 tbs of all natural sea salt (not iodized) add lemon or lime juice (1-3 tbs) if you can't stand drinking the salt water by itself. Drink it all and within a hour you will have a bowel movement. Make sure that for the next day you drink plenty of water to flush your system. What I like about this cleanse it does not cramp your stomach like the other cleanses do. One last thing after you drink the solution, within 15 - 20 mins you will start passing some gas.

Wow, never heard of that. I must try it because I sure am having problems not being able to go and when I do go it is so hard it hurts.

Yes, it;s the sea salt on the seasoning aisle at the store. Just make sure it does NOT have iodine.
