Llama

I am now a llama,

I spit when I get stuck and I get stuck 3-4 times a week.

I eat mushies, like i am a toddler.

I don't eat in front of people due to getting stuck and having to vomit.

I make the most unhuman sounds when I am stuck.

I miss chicken.

I dislike eating at all anymore.

I find myself drinking, protien shakes, water, and taking my vitamns.

No one ever told me I was going to be a llama or a bulimic, I feel that way, no one ever told me before surgery that I would barf so often, and I HATE to barf, but for me it has to come up. I exercise, I do all I was told to and still I have issues, I wish I had known about this board before surgery and would have been able to ask people but I didn't, and I asked my doctor, DR MUPPETMAN is what I call him now. I am sad, and no one seems to get it...

Sorry you having a rough time! I'd ask my doc to take some fluid out if you keep throwing up. I get stuck but it's on food i KNOW i'm not supposed to be eating! What are you gettin stuck on? i too, get stuck on chicken...try the dark meat..it's not as dry!

I CAN TOTALLY RELATE!!! I get stuck all the time too and it last all damn day! Its aweful. I have these days all the time and I havent lost weight in 2 months! I can get stuck on a protein shake. Its certainly NOT what Im eating..... its just the band deciding that it has an attitude that day and thats it for me. Other days I eat perfectly fine. You're right! No one ever tells you this stuff. Ive been spreading the word though. I have only lost 30 lbs. I truly thought after all of this and all this money I would have lost more weight than this.

I am like Kelly. My band has a mind of it's own. Somedays I can eat mostly normally. THis morning I got stuck on my yogurt and before somebody says take smaller bites, it was 1/2 a baby spoon!

Personally I'm tired of this life as well. I don't lose and I don't eat either. I've gotten to where I don't want to eat with anyone ever, never know how it will go.

I'm never hungry and I haven't lost in 9 weeks. Stuck for 9 solid weeks at exactly the same weight. No up and no down.

Had I know that at 7 years out that more than 60% of people have to have it removed because of slippage, corrioson or damage I would NEVER have done this to my body.

If removal were free I'd do it in a heart beat, no reservation. Being self pay though, man I've spent enough!

Can you get some fluid removed -- sounds like you're too tight -- shouldn't be that way - talk to your doctor again and get some help. It's awful to have spent so much and be so miserable.
