Fish Oil

Good Morning All

I was wondering does anyone know of a fish oil pill that is small in size? I've been taking fish oil for three months prior to my banding, but now since having my 2nd fill, its a little harder to swallow the large pill. I'm looking for a smaller option.

Thanks!

Simple answer.... just snip the tip off and put the oil on your food. Its tasteless and you still get the oil.

there is a fish oil pil that is better than the regular omega #3 you get from rite aid----it is still omega#3 but it is Krill oil,you can get more pills for less at Costo,Sams,or BJ's or any of the warehouses,,if you watch Dr Oz on Television he says that the Krill oil pills are better for you and they are a lot smaller and won't get cought in the band.you can also look them up on the internet,,

I would love to know too. I bought some "lemon" chewable gel caps...NASTY, literally made me gag. I also cannot swallow the big capsules. I may have to investigate ones Camille talked about...and Kelly which ones are tasteless??

I don't have to take the fish oil anymore, but my pharmacist told me (before surgery) that if I needed to still take it, I could open up the pills, but I didn't want to do that. I went to GNC and they have a liquid Omega-3 that isn't too bad. Good luck!
