I have recently had lapband surgery in June of 2010. I have lost 76 lbs. I went from a size 18 pants down to a 6/8 pant size now. It has been a very long road. My band had slipped about 4 weeks ago. I had to have it repositioned. It was almost like having the surgery all over again. It was a much harder process this time. I had to do the whole liquid and soft diets again. I did not set very well with me the second time. I was not looking forward to having to go through that beginning stages all over again. .

Hi my name is Karyl. And I would like to have the surgery done in January mainly for health reasons. Can u tell me what made the band slip just six months after the surgery??? I am very excited, but also very scared at any surgery, but this one does scare me but loosing weight and hopefully getting rid of Diabetes and High blood pressure for good excites me very much!!! Hope to hear from you. I am 5'5" and weigh 192 currently!!! "Happy New Year!!!"

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
