Well tomorrow is my big day! I get banded in the morning. I am a little nervous but so exited at the same time! I have lost about 12 pounds from the 2 week full liquid diet. I will keep you all posted as to how everything went and keep me in your prayers!

GOOD LUCK LONNIE!! keep in mind you will have gas pain and will be sore..it's normal and it will pass!! :) walk walk walk that helps with the gas and bloating feeling!

How did it go? I was banded 7/14/09, this is the first new year that I am not going to start a diet. I have lost 103lbs. You are well on your way to a heathier life and a smaller size when it gets warm.
