So I have been banded since April of this year. I have lost maybe 15 lbs for far. I have been working my ass off. I have gonr from a size 32 to a 26 but I'm not losing any weight? How is this? I know thesize diff is great but not seeing the scale moving is driving me nuts! Any Ideas on what I might need to do? I know I wasn't eating like I should have been. SO I am going to suck it up and go to a strict clean eating plan. I have not been logging my food at all and I know I have been eating way too fast. I dont want to go thru everything I have and still be big. This was supposed to be a major life change and I am going to do this! I have just been a big slacker....food wise! LOL. Just needed to vent. Like I said if you have any ideas for me to try pls let me know!!

First, congrats on your size change that’s a big difference you should be proud of yourself. A change in your diet might help if you think your not eating the meals that you should. If your working-out and doing weight lifting you ma be replacing fat into muscle and that’s why your not seeing a change on the scale. Try to replace a meal with a protein shake or bar. If you have good restriction you should do okay with that. well best of luck and keep working your ass off...:)

If you are exercising a lot, then you could be toning the heck out of your body? I exercise quite a bit. Last month, I only lost 4 pounds, but I lost a lot of inches including 2.5 off my belly and 1.5 off my bust...even better, .75 of EACH upper arm!

Yes, tracking food should surely help. But don't sell yourself short. Wearing smaller clothes is just as good of an indicator of success as the scale (if not better)!!
