im officially having a bad day. the scale told me i somehow gained a pound, i have a stress induced headache, i attempted to draw something on my digital tablet only to have the damn thing remind me how much i suck and am unworthy of owning hands. i hate everything.

i want to crawl back into bed. and in fact, i might just write today off as a loss and do that because im not sure i can deal with anything today.

im 29 years old. id love to know when these miserable teenage-style mood swings will END!

I'm 51 and I'm not sure they ever end . . . life is a series of good days and bad days and everything in between. I'm sorry you're having a bad day and in my opinion, a once in a while, afternoon in beddie bye is a good remedy! Best wishes for a better tomorrow.

If the scale says you gained, perhaps it is only fluids. We all have good days and bad, just make the best of it. Tomorrow will be a better day. Don't let your mood swings influence how you eat and take care of yourself. Endorphines make you feel better, so take a walk or a bike ride or go to the gym. Good luck.

We all have mood swings -- age, sex, band status notwithstanding. Take a walk, swim, watch a movie. Do something that makes you feel good. We love you! Tomorrow will be better.............

hang in there, lady. It'll get better. The scale will show a pound gained or lossed on a daily basis if you monitor it that often. Relax yourself and concetrate on the positive things in your life. We all have our days. So it's a bad day.....the day last 24 hours and you've already made it through 2/3rd's of it. Hang in there chica.

I say the scale is a damn liar! LOL! My scale tries to tell me the same crap. I think it's trying to discourage me because I'm starting to look hot! To tell you the truth, I know that I am working my butt off with exercise, etc, so if the scale wants to continue to have an "attitude" I'm "kickin' it to the curb" and only weighing in when I see the doc :) We will see how this works.. Maybe just an empty threat at this point.. But hell it felt good saying it! Hope you are having a better day!
