Band 8/10/2010
Today is week one. And boy was it easy, no pain, no gas, no problems thus far.
I had my post op yesterday and i lost 13lbs in 6 days (my surgery weight was 222 and yesterday it was 209).
I woke up this morning with my monthly friend so i expect maybe 2-3 lbs this week. Or am i dreaming...lets dream.
If anyone is worried about staying with the protein diet, don't. If you take in enough protein and stay busy you will be successful. I will keep you guys posted. Everyone have a great day....
