Day two........not the best nights sleep i have ever had, a bit of shoulder tip pain and just could't sleep very restless.

I am slowing sipping on water and a weight loss shake.... yuck working on the fluids.

little waves of nausea no vomiting thankgoodness.

So excited to have started this journey,one step at a time :)

Day three for me...yesterday I had really bad gas pains in the stomach...but i walked and walked and now they are gone...i have not appetite not even to drink a protein shake, but im forcing myselft too...good luck!
