The pain only lasts a day or two. Just get up and walk, walk, walk, it will make it easier and helps you get rid of the gas. Take your pain meds today, but tomorrow you won't need them. Good luck newbie. We welcome you with open arms. LB is the greatest give you could have given yourself - enjoy the new you.

I actually used pain meds for several days .. I think everyone is different. But yes, walking is like the miracle drug . . it will help move the gas out of your system. I also used GASX. It will get better. Be good to yourself . . follow the plan and let yourself heal. Best wishes and welcome!

I WILL TAKE A COUPLE OF DAYS.. NEXT THING YOU KNOW YOU WILL BE BACK TO NORM BUT WITH ATTITUDE!!
