what are the best tasting protein shakes out there? WalMart has something in a powered large container called "whey protein shakes", but I've heard they were pretty nasty tasting

nectar by syntrax. They are the best I have found so far. Also the Body Fortress Protein Shots in 3 oz tubes at Walmart aren't too bad.

I like the premade EAS AdvantEDGE carb control in chocolate. I get them at BJs in a case of 24 for about $26. I also have the EAS Whey protein in vanilla and chocolate. I use this when I'm at home and can make it myself. The premade ones are great when you are going to be out of the house for a while.

I dont mind any of them b/c i mix them w/a kiddie size yogurt and/or frozen fruit and 1-2 packs Splenda....I always mix w/4 ice cubes and just enough water to get the blender blades moving...then i get a THICK frosty "shake" each time!!! that I can pretend is from ColdStone or Ben & Jerry''s! LOL!

the pre-made ones arent as filling to me but i use them when i'm on my liquid phase and i'm at work, running errands, etc...
