Let's hope it'll get better. Have you thought about going back to the shake and protein pre-op with no carbs? You know, to jump start yourself. I have lost 7 pounds in the last six weeks and wanted to lose more than that so I've been thinking of going back to the pre-op. Just an idea.

What do you do for work? Maybe if you sit at a desk at all you can do some desk exercises, how is your restriction on the band? Well good luck!!!! I know plateau's need just to be pushed through!!!

Seriously, 120 lbs in ten months?? Be grateful for what you've accomplished --I'm two years out and only lost 60 # (age 60) and thinking of having some removed fromthe band as PAIN is the result to trying to eat "normal" food like protein, vegetables, etc.
