Between surgery and my first fill.

I am 2 and a half weeks post op and back to work today. Up to this week I lost 25 lbs but it has slowed right down. I know the weight loss is supposed to be slow but it felt so good. Patience is a virture - right?

I'm looking forward to my first fill which isn't scheduled yet. In the meantime I'll focus on eating right, exercising and enjoying the summer!

LAP-BAND Patients

I am at about the same time frame as you are, polly, and experiencing the same thing. I was banded 7/15/10 and had been losing 1 pound a day - I knew it couldn't last, but mmmm it was nice. Now I've been at the same weight for 3 days and I'm eating the same and walking the same or more . .. oh well. My motto through all of this has been that I don't care how slowly the weight comes off, I just want it to stay off! Keep up the good work - 25 pounds is great!
