The dietician at my doctor's office advised me of a product that I ordered and just got in. It is "Nectar" from mybariatricpantry.com. Has anyone heard of it or tried it? It should be great for the days after my surgery tomorrow. It has 23g of protein in one serving. You can mix with water or milk and all sorts of flavors . . . I like it.;)

 

So I'm finishing laundry and making sure things at home are done before I head in tomorrow. I'll post to you all when I can .. .Thanks for all the support!

I personally do not use it but of heard of others on here posting it in there recipes!

You will do wonderful tomorrow! I will include you in my prayers tonight and tomorrow! The best thing I can tell you is as soon as you possibly can..get up and walk! That will help you relieve that gas. As soon as you can do that the better you will feel!! Take good care and you will do great!!
