Followers OK, I created a ticker, like all of you have on your page. How do I attach it to my blogs? Do I have to go back to the TickerFactory each day and copy and paste? I know one of my bandster friends will teach this old dog a new trick. Thanks.
janetsjourneytoslim LAP-BAND Patients July 10, 201016 yr Author stats I sure wish I could help you, but I did one too, and I NEVER did learn how to attach it! LOL, Best of Luck to you on this, someone knows cause there are a lot of them attached! Congrats on the weight loss!
sandradee0124 LAP-BAND Patients July 10, 201016 yr Author stats When you build your ticker, at the bottom of the page there is a box containing a link that is below "Cut and Paste for Most Web Pages" Copy the link under "bb code", and paste it in your signature. Somewhere on the forum someone wrote all the steps; I'll try to find it. Let me know if this helps :-). By the way, you are doing fantastic!!! Thanks for being my friend :-)

Add the website to your favorite on your tool bar and click on that and enter your pin and update your weight loss. It will automatically be reflected on this website! You have a cute tickler. Mine is on my favorite but not my ID here. Son is at camp so oh well....
