When you build your ticker, at the bottom of the page there is a box containing a link that is below "Cut and Paste for Most Web Pages"

Copy the link under "bb code", and paste it in your signature.

Somewhere on the forum someone wrote all the steps; I'll try to find it. Let me know if this helps :-).

I can't believe you got it. It won't let me ....lol...anyway. Add the website to your favorite on your tool bar and click on that and enter your pin and update your weight loss. It will automatically be reflected on this website! You have a cute tickler. Mine is on my favorite but not my ID here. Son is at camp so oh well....

Scratch that I got it! YEAH....I think we got banded around the same time. Glad you are doing so well!
