Wow, what great determination! I need some my way soon :) I am only 3 days post op now so it's too soon, but I am looking forward to going to the gym, it will be nice to see things start to come together. Good luck to you :)

You are doing so good. I am 9 months out and have lost 18 lbs so you are doing very well. I just started out with the thinking of...I can eat what I want when I want and as much as I want and that didn't help. You are full of inspiration for me. I want to lose atleast 15 lbs by Aug 29th because that is when I go on vacation to Vegas. I will continue to read your blog and see how you are doing. Keep up the good work, you are doing fabulous.

Dont get discouraged.. I still eat some stuff i shouldnt..i started making and decorating cakes.. NOt a good thing for a recovering fat addict(LOL) but i enjoy and will taste test on occasion.. i also am looking at low sugar and low fat recipes too..so.. just think protein first..i do alot of turkey burgers, turkey meat instead of beef.. have icecream called skinny cow here that is really really good.. and weight watchers.. also frozen yogurt..i get a craving i go with lower fat instead.. FIGURE its like 8 weeks til end of aug.. if u even lose 2lbs a week thats very close..its 16 lbs.. do some walking or if u can go to gym or have exercise stuff home us it.. im not motivated all the time.. but i make myself.. I have been overweight for 14 yrs and just tired of it.. i want the old me back.. and im determined to get her back.. GOOD LUCK>> you can do anything u set ur mind to.. you already started it just stick with it..if u get a bad day.. its ok.. dont beat yourself up.. just start fresh next day and stick with it..:)

ITs gonna seem like forever and that u are not losing enough quick enough..but u are.. it takes atleast a month for your body to adjust. and until like the 6th fill.. ur gonna feel like u eat way to much.. pay attention to your body.. u feel a little fulll.. stop eating and wait.. eat high proteins-chicken, turkey, certain veggies..ur on liquids for now.. i drank alot of medifast shakes at first.. trust me.. if u work at it.. the weight will come off.. the band IS ONLY A TOOL.. in the end its u that determines how much u can lose.. stick with it.. :)
