Hi, I am 3 days post op and need to get my protein in. Can anyone recommend some good ones? I went to GNC today and bought an unflavored one, put it in skim milk, but I couldn't stomach it! Thanks!

My favorite is GNC's Chocolate whey protein......and I mix with sugar-free carnation instant breakfast. Be sure to experiement with different forms.... soy, whey, egg white.... to see which you like best.

Try Muscle Milk. I get mine at Target. It is delicious!!! It tastes kinda like a yoo-hoo. It is 100 calories & has I forget, but about 40% protein.
