So this is my first BLOG. I have never done this before.

Well I got banded on April 14 2010. I was so lucky to have my husband and my inlaws there for me. My family doesnt live close but they are super supportive.

I just got my first fill on May 29 2010. I do feel I have good restriction so far. I notice that I am not able to eat much and I know I need to make better food choices. I also have to start exercising. I start my water arobics on Tuesday and I am soooooo ready!!! I have only lost 4 lbs since the 29th and I'm a little bummed but I cant be too upset becuase I havent been doing the work I need to be doing. I have been getting all my protien and water i NEED to have.

I started off at 330 pre op and I am 316. I just want to get under the 300 before summer ends. I have noticed a change in my face and my clothes are getting loose. Bye bye double chin! LOL I am so lucky I found this site. I have found so many people on here that are going thru or have gone thru what I am going thru. Everyone on here is awesome! Congrats on your fantastic weight loss! You are doing fantastic. I like the comment about the clothes loose -- that is where I feel the strongest -- after I try something on and its loose!

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
