2nd fill on friday

I cant wait till friday. I will get my second fill. :cursing: I am also going on a cruise in June. I am really nervouse about that because I have never been on one and dont Know what to expect. I am also worried about what Im going to eat to stay on track . It is a five day cruise and when I come back the very next day I go to the dr. to get my third fill. Dont want to be gained. :) If anyone has any suggestions let me know? I need all the help I can get.

Girl, you are going to have so much fun on that cruise!! :) Most cruises offer some sort of exercise program. For example, I remember a cruise I went on had a "Ship Shape" program where you got up and walked or did some exercise as a group. That might be something that would help keep you focused.

Also, not sure if you are a drinker, but try and stay away from the fru-fru drinks. They are tasty, but FULL of calories!

Last, protein first! If you focus on the yummy meat choices and then have some veggies, you should be super.

Rhonda, one good suggestion is to only take the stairs everywhere, no elevator. Also, one stroll around the whole deck after every meal..it is romantic and beautiful so you wont feel like you are exercising. And of course follow the Protein rule first. Enjoy, you will be fine. Have a great time..

You may not need a third fill. I just had my second on Friday and think it may be my sweet spot.

You can enjoy food and beverages but be careful not to eat and drink simultaneously. The drinks reconstitute the food you just chewed well and cause stuckness and sliming.

Thanks guys !! That helps me not be so nervouse. I guess Im just over thinking things but I really want to keep losing and not have to many bumps in the road.

    • I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.
