I am feelig pretty ok. A lot of bloating and some gas pain. Walking a lot as helped. Keeping up with liquids has been a challenge. Not hungry. Getting up and sitting down a bit of a challenge. All in all not the worst pain. I just can't wait for a couple more days to pass so i can feel better!

I am almost at my one year mark and I am glad I took the time to heal at the beginning. I needed almost two weeks of rest before I was feeling myself. I had a lot of bloating and pain from incisions. Walking helps. Keep well and follow all the rules. What a GIFT is RIGHT!!! I LOVE MY BAND.

I cannot believe how fast a year can go by. Best wishes imaluckydog
