199.2 this morning! Yay me! I really didn't think that I would ever get there. I chose the band partly because I didn't want the weight loss to be too fast, or obvious, to other people. I guess I got what I wanted. Love my band!

That is awesome - congrats. I'm at 213 and can hardly wait to get to onederland. I've been stuck here for a little while so I have changed my workout so that I can break this plateau. Hopefully, that will work - if not I know that I will get under it when I go for my fill next month.

Onederful! It is a great feeling I too got through the gate, it is hard work, but I have stayed below the 200 mark for awhile now, my next goal is 185, and I too am glad I am not Wrinkling by losing a little slower! But actually I feel like it has been fast, 77 lbs in 7.5 months!
