Ugh...food!

so i was filled on 12/2....i'm assuming whatever swelling i had from the fill is gone so now i'm able to eat a tad more than before...still not enough but thats another blog! anywho so i'm still struggling with the whole wanting to eat all the time... i've been working hard at not letting it control me.. i'm up to 34 pounds lost which is really exciting...i'm at the point where people can def. tell and i have had people who are oblivous to things come up and say how good i look. it def. is a nice positive ego boost... so far it has kept me going...my blood pressure is def. way lower...i'm hoping next doctors appointment i can get it lowered..i think its too low on the dose i'm on now... my biggest fear is this coming week. Sunday is my birthday and i know some of my family want to take me out...i also have a christmas party saturday, next thursday and next sunday so i guess they are going to be my first big test. Hopefully i do well with it and there is no problems... all i can do is think positive thoughts. :tongue2:
