Over Eating

I over ate today. I just needed to admit it to someone. As soon as I woke up this morning, I knew I wanted to eat. I tried not to, but FOOD consumed my every thought today. "It" followed me like the plague...the thought of food... I pray tomorrow will be better.

Girl...its okay. Tomorrow is a new day. Just take one day at a time. I was banded on 11-20. This hasn't been a good week for me either, but I'm learning and thats all we can do. I pray that I don't gain any weight before my 1st fill ...all the way til Jan. 7th. Stay strong...we are here for you!!!!!

every day is a challenge...i have found that since the swelling has gone down from my first fill that i can eat more and i have figured out what my slider foods are...trust me i have had some ruff days but the next day i get up and put it in my head that i'm goign to be good today...and i try and focus on other things to keep me busy...if i am really craving food sometimes i'll make myself go for a walk or go for a drive...that way i'm as far away from food as i can be...i totally understand how frustrating it can be...its all a mental game that you can over come!
