Today is another high-stressor. MY kiddo is pushing my buttons today. He is just into EVERYTHING! ha ha

We decorated the Yule tree last night and it looks beautiful! It's got a peacock theme. Of course the cats are trying hard to destroy it. We had 4 ornament casualties this morning.

Anyway, I have to get some of that unflavored protein powder. I am neither getting enough protein or veggies in. Mostly, I am drinking and eating milk-based foods and that can't be good. Where can I get the powder without ordering it online?

I am hungry too. My MIL buys all this junk food and it just haunts me. Tonite she is making a casserole that I can't eat. So I am finally gonna tell her I am on a diet so she won't be offended when I skip her meal tonite.

How old is your kiddo, mine is 5 and he is def a handful.

Could you please let me know whats the unfavored protein powder. May be I should buy some be for I have my surgery .. I am hopping to have it in Jan.

GNC a health food and vitamin store sells protein powders and so does supermarkets just ask for them in the health and diet sections of the store. Good luck. imaluckydog

exactly what lucky said... your local grocery, wal-mart, target, etc... they all have it. I haven't trying messing with the unflavored, just vanilla and chocolate and building off of those.

hi, im just wondering why you want the unflavored, im thinking that because its so nasty that will lead to a discontinuation from taking it.

I have plenty of flavored powders but I get sick of the shakes. I love Herbalife's Formula 1 and I like whey protein in vanilla as well but only for so long. I want something I can add to foods like soups to work it in.

I haven't had any luck finding a good unflavored protein powder in stores. I did come across one online though that I like a lot. It's at bulkfoodsdirect.com. I have added it into a bunch of different recipes, and have had great results. If you really don't want to buy online, GNC is probably a good bet. But more often than not, you can get better deals online. Good luck!!
