I hate yogurt. I mean, really hate it. Hate cottage cheese, buttermilk etc.... anything with that sour milk taste. Blech!!!!

 

But I keep hearing about greek yogurt and how high in protein it is.

 

Any ideas on things I can do with the yogurt to reap the benefits without gagging it down??

One of the things that Greeks do with it is add dill and toss it with cucumbers.

Add lemon juice.

Are there any herbs you like? You can add just about anything to change the flavor.

A true Greek yogurt will be creamier - and should not have that sour milk taste at all. Greek yogurt is made with cream instead of milk, hence the difference.

Click HERE (LBT thread on Greek Yogurt). I love the stuff...it's replaced reg. yogurt and sour cream for me. I doctor it up all kinds of ways...just this week tried adding the Knorr Veg. Soup mix as a dip for veggies and I love the preserves with it.

Thank you SO SO much.... I will be so thrilled if it really isn't sour!!! Hahaha... and I have thought about trying a smoothy, but I have been chicken!!
