HI, GUY I HAVE NOT BEEN ON THE BLOG FOR AWHILE NOW. I'VE HAD 2 FILLS ALREADY THE LAST ONE WAS 10-15-09. I'M STILL CONFUSED ABOUT THE FILLS. I STILL DONT FEEL ANY DIFFRENT. I STILL EAT EVERYTHING, I DONT DRINK ANY SODA THOSE. I EAT SMALL AMOUNTS, BUT MY WEIGHT IS COMING OFF VERY SLOW. I'M DOWN ABOUT 22 PDS GIVE OR TAKE. I HAVE A TOTAL OF 5CC NOW. I GO BACK AGAIN ON 11-10-09 AND THAT WILL BE MY THIRD. I DID HAVE SOME REALLY BAD PAIN ON YESTERDAY IT FELT LIKE IT WAS IN MY CHEST LIKE A HEART ATTACK. I DID NOT CALL THE DOC, BUT IT WENT AWAY IN ABOUT 10 MIN.:wink:

I was banded 10-7-09, and haven't had my first fill yet, I go next week. I am now eating solid food and I feel like I can eat everything and I am not getting satisfied. Is this normal until my first fill? I did get that pain you were saying, I think something got stuck it felt like a heart attack to me too actually like a gallbladder attack. I had mine removed last November.

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
