Hello All,

I just thought I would write a little something that has been going on with me. I had my fill last week. I'm not hungry at all. All day long I have no hunger at all. I have been so busy and had to remind myself that I had to eat something. Does anyone else feel this? Or is it just me??? Please if you read this and understand what I mean, send me a post or comment! Thanks Hug & Smiles Jenn!

Yep, sometimes I get busy and before I know it it's 2pm and I haven't eaten lunch yet. It's a magic band! -BG

Yep for me too. At my sweet spot I have to put a reminder in my blackberry so I don't forget to eat. I am a Realtor and so time gets away from me sometimes. And even though it sounds funny to put in a reminder in your phone, it works for me!
