I got my surgery date, Oct 9th. Today I had to start my liquid diet. Two weeks for liquids only... feels like forever! I have to get in 80 grams of protein, and everything has to have less than 5 grams of sugar! Everytime I put my stethoscope to my ears at work today I could swear everyone could hear my tummy! I can do this, any suggestions on things to eat, well drink is more like it!!!

My date is Oct 3rd, this Sat. I am a self pay due to a low BMI (30-31). I am going to TJ to see Dr Lopez Corvala. I am excited & can't wait. This website has been an amazing source of info.
