I got my surgery date, Oct 9th. Today I had to start my liquid diet. Two weeks for liquids only... feels like forever! I have to get in 80 grams of protein, and everything has to have less than 5 grams of sugar! Everytime I put my stethoscope to my ears at work today I could swear everyone could hear my tummy! I can do this, any suggestions on things to eat, well drink is more like it!!!
Aug 6th, just got a call from my Dr. that my surgery has been approved. I am happy that it was approved the first time, I have heard horror stories about insurance companies. Happy and scared at the same time, I'm ready, I have been ready... :frown:
