168lbs today

I plan on losing another pound before tomorrow. 7 mile run/jog, 35 mile bike ride dropped lots.

Are the pills workin for the hair loss???? Sorry I havent checked in in forever, so I was wondering how that was going?

well.. not really, I don't think they've had time to work. In fact, the Dermie got me an Rx for something. I have to put it in my hair after a shampoo and leave it in with a cap on overnight 3 days per week. It's supposed to strengthen my roots and promote regrowth. We'll see how it goes and thanks for the shout out, lol.
