Hi

I was basically gas free after several days. Try walking and make sure you are drinking plenty of water.

Hi,

Mine took 2 weeks to get back to normal. I found walking helpful and also took chewable gas pills which really helped. Pepermint tea was also a life saver.

I'm 3 weeks out now and pretty much back to normal. I still feel a bit of gas after eating/drinking but it seems to move much easier now.
