Today is Saturday August 22, 2009, I am 6 days away from surgery and started my liquids today. I weigh myself this morning and I was at 286.7 lbs a year ago when I was on the Lindora diet I was about 20 lbs lighter but as you can see as soon as I get off it I gained all the weight. Anyways I hope all goes good on Thursday.

My family is so much more healthy today. I cook better foods and eat so much less. Best wishes to you. I have only been banded 2 months now and lost almost fifty pounds. imaluckydog Kathy

I have eight days to go. I am excited and nervous all at the same time. I know it will be great once it is done, but I hate having surgery. I'll be thinking of you. Good luck!
