I need a place to put my numbers in so I can keep track of where I've been and where I want to go. Sometimes when I feel down, I need to just look at the good work that I've done and that will help me feel like I'm doing something right !

Thanks,B_G and Ima for the comments, I have been wanting to do this for some time just haven't taken the time. Sometimes I lose my focus on things so I thought this would be a good way to keep me on track. So when I go to the Dr., I will post here what I have done !

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
