Back to work today ! brought my 1/4 c drink and soup, too busy to drink during the day. Have a problem sipping I quess my habit of gulping will hard to break, because the fast drinking causes gas and pressure. I'll be up late trying to catch up on my 64 oz.....

Food looks good I hope I can hold out until I am officially on something other than liquids:bored:
