I went to lunch today... Ordered a Hot opened faced roast beef sandwich... ate 1/4 of it and sent it away. good girl. Good girl.:heh:

I miss my OLD body...

Look how skinny I was just 2 yrs ago... Makes me sad just looking at it! I WILL lose the weight... I will become the person I want to be!:clap2:

Ok here I go!

Hi everyone. It is me MissyDFE, I am a 25 yr old California. I weigh 206 lbs and I want to lose 80 lbs. I am getting banded on December 13th at 12:00pm in Monterey, California. I am so excited. I have started the protein shakes for breakfasr and dinner and limiting lunch to just be a sandwich of some sort. It has eased me along before going cold turket on the Pre-Op diet. I am so ready to start the rest of my life...:whoo:
